1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed after payment or deposit confirmation has been received. Prices are listed in Euros unless stated otherwise.

2. Weather & Sea Conditions

The safety and comfort of our guests are our priority. Tours may be changed, postponed or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions or other safety-related reasons. In these cases, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3. Arrival Time

Guests are requested to arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrival may result in a shortened tour or cancellation without refund.

4. Guest Responsibility

All guests are expected to follow the skipper’s instructions at all times for safety reasons. We reserve the right to refuse participation or end a tour without refund in case of unsafe, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Health & Safety

Guests participate in the tour at their own risk. Boat tours involve natural risks, including but not limited to:

• Slippery surfaces

• Sudden boat movements

• Waves and changing sea conditions

• Sun exposure and heat

• Entering or swimming in open water

Guests should inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or mobility limitations that may affect participation.

6. Swimming & Water Activities

Swimming and entering the water are optional and entirely at the guest’s own risk. Children must always be supervised by a parent or guardian.

7. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen or water-damaged items during the tour.

8. Alcohol & Drugs

Excessive alcohol consumption and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard. The skipper has the right to refuse or end the tour if safety is compromised.

9. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in boat tours and related activities is entirely at the guest’s own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, accidents, loss, damage or delays caused by weather, sea conditions or circumstances beyond our control, except where required by law.

10. Changes & Cancellations

Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the booking type. Please contact us directly regarding cancellations or changes to your reservation.
