​Payment &
Cancellation Policy

​Payment must be made in cash upon arrival or credit card, before the start of the tour, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. In case of cancellation within 48 hours of the tour, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.

If a tour cannot take place due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, guests will be offered an alternative date or cancellation free of charge.

​

In case of late arrival, the tour duration may be shortened to avoid delays for other bookings. No refunds will be given for missed or shortened tours caused by late arrival.
